Pivott was created in 2021 by a team of seasoned software developers, marketers, designers, and product leaders who created Rooof. In our combined companies, we have exclusively worked in multifamily and single-family software development and service since 2012. Collectively, we serve customers in every US state, including a third of the NMHC Top 50.
We created Pivott when we noticed how much our customers were struggling to manage the complexities and volume of properties, vendors, and contracts.
Starting with a contract repository, we created a single source of truth that our customers trusted to accurately represent their contracts and commitments. From there, we added spend management, revenue audits, integrations, automations with other ecosystems, and so much more. Our philosophy has been simple: Solve our customers’ problem and pains while helping them to uncover new opportunities.
