Our Story
Why we built Pivott
Pivott was founded in 2021 by the team behind Rooof — a group of software developers, marketers, designers, and product leaders who had spent over a decade building exclusively for the multifamily industry. We've served customers in every US state, including some of the largest operators in the country.
We built Pivott because we kept watching our customers struggle with the same problem: contracts, vendors, and obligations scattered across inboxes and drives, with no reliable way to know what they had, what it cost, or when it expired. We started with a contract repository and built from there. Our philosophy has stayed simple: solve the real problem, help customers find new opportunities, and build something they can trust.
